Tuxedo Rentals for the upcoming ACEC Engineering Excellence Awards Gala, to be held Tuesday, May 20, at the Grand Hyatt, Washington, D.C. will be available through M. Stein & Company.

A classic tuxedo is $115 without shoes, and $125 with shoes. The price does include an insurance damage waiver cost.

To ensure a special ACEC rate and on-time hotel delivery, please mention that you are with the "ACEC Group." Orders received by April 15 will receive a discount. Prices: $115/$125 (with shoes). After April 15: $165/$175. Pick up and drop off at the hotel concierge.

Please remember to pick up before your rental before the event at the hotel concierge and drop-off your rental at the hotel concierge afterward.

EEA Individual Tickets, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded if written notification is received on or before April 14th, 2025.  Tables of 10, less a $300 processing fee, will be refunded if written notification is received on or before April 14th, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm. Written notification must be sent to meetings@acec.org.
