The Grand Hyatt Washington is once again home for the 2025 ACEC Annual Convention and Legislative Summit. Make sure to reserve your room quickly as this is a busy time of year in Washington, D.C., and ACEC is expecting its block to sell out.
ACEC Room Rate
The ACEC room rate is $314.00 per night plus a $20.00 per night destination fee and tax for a standard room. Reservations must be received by April 17, 2025. Reservations received after this date, or after the group block sells out prior to this date, will be on a space and rate available basis. The hotel is expected to sell out over our event dates so please reserve your room as soon as possible.

Tax Policy: The $314.00 room rate does not include tax or the $20.00 destination fee (subject to change).
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for no additional charge until 72 hours prior to 11:59 pm local time the day of arrival. Please note that a fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged if you must cancel after this deadline.
Destination Fee: A destination fee of $20 applied to each night of your stay (Globalist members and above excluded). This fee includes:
- $10 daily food and beverage credit (excluding alcohol, tax, service charge and gratuity) for Cure Bar & Bistro and in-room restaurant delivery

- 24-hour access to fitness center
