Stay at the Official Convention Hotel

The Grand Hyatt Washington is once again the official hotel for the 2026 ACEC Annual Convention & Legislative Summit, placing you at the center of all convention activities. As May is peak season in Washington, DC, ACEC’s discounted room block is limited and expected to sell out. We strongly encourage attendees to reserve their accommodations early once registration is complete.

To ensure all attendees have access to ACEC’s exclusive room block, the hotel booking link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

ACEC Room Rate

The exclusive ACEC room rate for a standard guest room is $324 per night, plus a $20 nightly destination fee, plus applicable taxes.

  • Reservations must be made by April 3, 2026, or until the room block sells out

  • After this date, rooms will be available based on hotel availability and prevailing rates

The hotel is expected to sell out during convention dates—early booking is strongly recommended. Hotel booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel Dining

The Grand Hyatt Washington offers a variety of dining options including Cure Bar & Bistro, open for lunch and dinner and Cabinet, open for breakfast. Starbucks is also located on the lobby level of the hotel. Room service is available as well.

Hotel Parking

Valet and Self-parking options are available at the hotel.

Tax Policy: The $324.00 room rate does not include tax or the $20.00 destination fee (subject to change).

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation with no charge until 72 hours prior to 11:59 pm local time the day of arrival. Please note that a fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged if you must cancel after this deadline.

Destination Fee: Updated for bookings beyond 11/1/2025

A daily destination fee of $20.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

  • $15 daily food and beverage credit (excluding alcohol, tax, service charge and gratuity)
  • Premium high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Two bottles of water daily
  • Preloaded Metro card ($3 credit; once per stay). Access to Metro Center Station via lobby
