Yes, the ACEC discounted rate at the Grand Hyatt Washington is $319.00 per night plus tax and a $20.00 destination fee. This rate will be available until April 12, 2024 or whenever the block sells out. For more information on reserving a room, click here.
No. Should you be contacted by another company stating that they are a housing company for ACEC or asking to make your reservation, be aware that these have not been authorized to contact ACEC attendees and are not affiliated or endorsed by ACEC. If contacted by an unauthorized broker, please notify the ACEC Meetings & Events department at meetings@acec.org. Booking through an unauthorized service provider could result in unconfirmed bookings. If this occurs, the hotel may have no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting. The dress code for the ACEC Annual Convention is business attire.
The average temperatures in Washington, D.C. in May are highs around 75° F and lows around 55° F. Meeting rooms in the hotel can be cool so jackets are recommended.
