Celebrating the Year’s Most Exceptional Engineering Achievements

The Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) honor outstanding engineering projects that demonstrate innovation, creative problem-solving, and the profession’s unique ability to improve our world. Each entry advancing to the national level has already earned top recognition through one of ACEC’s 51 state and metropolitan Member Organizations, then has undergone rigorous evaluation by an independent jury of industry, government, and academic experts.

This year’s honorees include recipients of National Recognition Awards, Honor Awards, and the distinguished Grand Awards, representing the finest engineering accomplishments of 2026. The celebration culminates at the EEA Gala, where the engineering community gathers to honor these achievements and witness the live announcement of the program’s highest distinction—the Grand Conceptor Award.
