Joseph R. Ragusa Jr, PE is the Infrastructure Services Department Head for RVE, based in Cherry Hill, NJ. Joe has more than 15 years of Infrastructure experience and his areas of expertise include construction inspection, grant administration, traffic control coordination, cost and schedule management. He has a comprehensive understanding of heavy civil construction, specifically highways and bridges/structures.
