As Chief Executive Officer of STV, Greg oversees a workforce of more than 3,300 team members and guides the firm in achieving its short- and long-term strategic goals, with a focus on performance, business development, technology, and human capital. STV is a leader in providing architectural, engineering, planning, environmental, and program and construction management services across transportation systems, buildings, water, and other infrastructure.

Greg has served in multiple chief executive roles for both private and publicly traded organizations. He was a member of the global executive team and CEO of the U.S. operation of one of the world’s leading professional services firms, delivering advisory, planning, design, engineering, and program and construction management services across transportation, buildings, water, power, and environmental sectors.

An experienced and respected industry leader, Greg has been inducted into the National Academy of Construction and The Moles, two of the industry’s most prestigious organizations. He currently serves on the boards of the New York Building Congress, the Regional Plan Association, and the Construction Industry Round Table, and is Chair of the Temple University College of Engineering Board of Visitors.

A lifelong mentor and steward of the profession, Greg also serves as a Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission of New York. He is a former Chair of ACEC New York, the New York Building Congress, the Salvadori Center, and the Design Professionals Coalition, and has served on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Buildings, Infrastructure, and Public Space at Columbia University.

He holds degrees from Temple University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a registered professional engineer in several states.
