The General Session Lunch brings the Convention community together for a dynamic midday gathering that blends insight, perspective, and connection.

The program will open with a rousing return from Immediate Past Chair Gary Raba, offering reflections that build on the momentum of the Convention and reinforce the priorities of the profession.

Attendees will then hear remarks from the Federal Highway Administration Administrator, whose leadership sits at the center of federal transportation policy, infrastructure investment, and program delivery nationwide. As the agency responsible for shaping and implementing many of the policies and funding mechanisms that directly impact engineering firms, this perspective is both timely and essential.

The session will also feature a critical legislative briefing from ACEC’s advocacy team, providing a clear and concise update on the federal issues, policy developments, and priorities that will influence the business environment in the months ahead.
