Amanda C. Molina is Associate General Counsel for AI and Privacy at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she advises on AI governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and disruptive technology. She previously served as Corporate Counsel for Cloud and AI at Microsoft and as Legislative Counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives. A Captain and Asst. Judge Advocate (JAG) in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, she brings public and private sector experience to emerging technology and national security issues. She holds four degrees, including a JD, MA, and an Executive Diploma in AI from the University of Oxford, where she graduated with distinction. She recently co-authored a chapter in an AI anthology for the American Society for AI and published an article on adapting Air Force doctrine to new military capabilities in Air Force Magazine. She serves as Treasurer-Elect of the D.C. Bar and on several nonprofit boards.
