Claire Rutkowski serves as WSP’s Digital Project Delivery Advisor and Americas IT Business Partner. Claire joined WSP in 2025 as part of the acquisition of POWER Engineers, where she served as the Chief Information Officer. Prior to POWER, Claire spent 7 years at Bentley Systems, where she also held the position of CIO, and many years at MWH Engineers before that. Claire has always been responsible for delivering IT strategy, services, and support to engineering and technology professionals. Claire excels at shaping and executing comprehensive technology agendas across the company’s business operations. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, Claire ensures her company is leveraging most advanced solutions to achieve the company’s goals and meet the evolving needs of its users. Claire is a designated Project Management Professional (PMP) and is the recipient of numerous awards, including being named among the Top 80 CIOs You Should Know in 2020 and Top 10 Most Inspiring Women Leaders in 2022, as well as one of the Top 50 Women CIOs We Admire in 2024 and 2025.
