Linda Bauer Darr – ACEC – 2026 Annual Convention & Legislative Summit

Linda is the President & CEO of ACEC and joined the Council in August 2018. She is a veteran trade association CEO, having begun her leadership journey as CEO of the American Moving & Storage Association in 2007, followed by serving as CEO of the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association. Before that, Linda worked in policy positions at the American Trucking Association and the American Bus Association and also served as Deputy Secretary for Budget for Programs at the U.S. Department of Transportation. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Linda is active on the Board of the University of Denver Supply Chain Institute and the Bryce Harlow Foundation. She is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Committee of 100 Top Association Executives.
